Arrival Time: Contractions
A labor contraction timer with an estimated arrival window — private, simple, and made for the moment it matters.
Frequently asked questions
How do I time a contraction?
Tap the big button when a contraction starts, and tap it again when it ends. That's it. You can also start and stop from the Lock Screen Live Activity without unlocking your phone.
What is the estimated arrival window?
As your contractions get closer together, the app projects the trend forward into an estimated time window. It starts rough and tightens as your pattern firms up. It is an estimate based only on timing — like a flight's arrival time, it updates and it can be wrong.
What does the 5-1-1 alert mean?
Many providers suggest heading to your birth location when contractions are 5 minutes apart, 1 minute long, for 1 hour. In Settings you can pick 5-1-1, 4-1-1, or 3-1-1 — whichever rule your provider recommends — and the app notifies you when your pattern meets it.
How do I share my log with my midwife or doctor?
Open the Log tab and tap the share icon to export all contractions as a CSV file you can send or print.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is stored only on your phone. You can clear the log from within the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data completely.
Can I try the app before labor?
Yes — open Settings and choose "Watch labor simulation" to see the app run through a realistic labor with the guided tour.
