Arrival Time: Contractions
Effective July 11, 2026
What data the app stores
Arrival Time stores the contractions you time (start and end times), your settings (such as your chosen alert rule and optional due date), and nothing else. All of it is stored locally on your device only.
What we collect
Nothing. The app contains no networking code, so it is technically incapable of sending your data anywhere. Specifically, Arrival Time does not:
- collect, transmit, or sell any personal data;
- use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind;
- include any third-party software development kits;
- require an account or ask for your identity;
- connect to the internet.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules them locally on your device (for example, when your contraction pattern meets the 5-1-1 rule). No notification data leaves your phone.
Sharing and export
You can export your contraction log as a CSV file using the standard iOS share sheet. Sharing happens only when you choose it, using the destination you choose. The app never shares anything on its own.
Device backups
Like most iOS apps, the app's local data may be included in your device backups (iCloud or computer backups) if you have backups enabled. Those backups are managed by Apple and your device settings, not by this app.
Deleting your data
You can clear your contraction log inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
Children
The app is intended for expecting parents and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Given the app's design — no networking at all — meaningful changes are unlikely.
